The aforementioned terms and conditions apply to Roosevelt Publishers projects.

COPYRIGHT

You shall have complete ownership of the material that we create for you and supply in accordance with the parameters agreed upon. We will have no copyright on the content, and you are free to publish and use it as you see fit.

PAYMENT

All services listed on the website need a 100% upfront payment. The customer is responsible for any transaction fees and taxes (where applicable).

REVISIONS

We provide limitless changes on provided work as long as the requests are submitted within 7 days of the work being delivered and, in extreme situations, within 14 days of the work being delivered. All modification requests for client orders will be fulfilled in accordance with the order's urgency, with a typical minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Before beginning a project, any project needs will be reviewed with the clients. Service-level disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the terms and requirements agreed upon at the start of a project, these terms and conditions, and reasonable business practices.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Roosevelt Publishers, our commitment is to deliver top-tier self-publishing services tailored to authors' needs. We recognize that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation becomes necessary. Hence, we've crafted the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and transparency for our valued customers.

At Roosevelt Publishers, refund policy is not applicable when:

  • You have approved the initial draft
  • You have requested revisions
  • You have canceled the order due to non-related reasons in regard to the rooseveltpublishers.com and its policies
  • You have not contacted rooseveltpublishers.com for more than 2 weeks.
  • You have approached another service provider or freelancer for the same project assigned to rooseveltpublishers.com
  • You have provided an incomplete project brief
  • You have approved the deliverables
  • You have accepted multiple revisions for any service
  • You have ordered a bundle service and are dissatisfied with any specific service; refund can only be claimed against that specific service and ‘not’ the complete set of bundle services
  • You have failed to provide the initial project brief within 10 days of order placement since the project initiated

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

Pre-Draft Delivery Refunds: If a refund request is made before receiving the initial draft, you are eligible for a full refund, with a 10% service and processing fee excluded.

Post-Draft Delivery Refunds (48-120 hours): Refund requests made between 48 and 120 hours after the initial draft delivery qualify for a 50% refund, with a 10% service and processing fee excluded.

Refunds Beyond 120 Hours: No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of the initial draft delivery.

However, as we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction, we encourage you to contact us with any concerns.

Refund/Cancellation Eligibility:


  1. Editing Services:

Refunds for editing services will be evaluated on an individual basis. If you find the quality of the editing work unsatisfactory, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the edited manuscript to address your concerns and begin the refund process.

  1. Design Services:

Refunds for design services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the design work or believe it deviates from the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the design files to discuss your concerns and start the refund process.

  1. Publishing and Marketing Services:

Once publishing and marketing services have commenced, refunds will not be available. These services involve third-party costs and efforts that cannot be recovered.
